The reason the Wright Brothers were the first aviators to construct an airplane that flew is that they “got it right on paper first.” Rather than trial and error, they realized that a vision must be seen to be built. We are great at aligning with your internal team, user groups and design team to give constructibility and budget reviews as your project develops. Early on, we can work with your team to engage a Master Schedule and Master Budget that gives your Architect/Designer feedback as the design progresses. You will know exactly what your facility will cost before it is constructed. Our ability to do this includes having a track record of over 200 clients.

Having a combined total of 80 years of experience between us in the Atlanta project marketplace, we can not only “see your project” as it is being designed. We can also “see and confirm your project cost” upon each of your design request. By “getting our ducks in a row” before we start, our tradesmen and craftsmen are allowed maximum productivity and quality. Our “speed to market” with this planning allows optimal productivity out of each construction work hour. The result is an enormous savings to our client by reducing the time on the project.

Whether you’re building a new facility or space, renovating, or preparing for highly functional equipment – you don’t have the time or energy to worry about your contractor being ready on your “move in date.” As we begin coordinating an optimum schedule when your Programming begins, our team produces at an incredibly quick pace. We feel a project is much like “a one act play.” We develop your script, we cast it for you, and rehearse it to perfection. A “one act play” does not get a second chance to “be a hit.”

With most of our clients, our quality requirements are actually higher than they require. We are professionals with an exceptional eye for quality and ability to select the craftsmen for your project. As you note some of our project photos, this will become apparent.
