Charley Hipple, President of Cardinal Construction, Inc., began his career in the remodeling and roofing business in Arlington, Texas in 1990 working for a small company specializing in residential/commercial remodeling and roofing, while at the same time, attending Architecture and Business school. Upon graduating in 1993, Charley and his wife, Gayle, moved to Duluth, Georgia, where he began working in the custom home and commercial building business.
